研究兴趣
凋落物分解:持续监测了不同性状的凋落物连续10年分解过程,建立了全球凋落物分解数据集(GLD),重点关注长时序、大尺度凋落物分解过程中碳和养分释放及其在土壤中的分配和迁移。
土壤有机质形成:在福建三明、四川理县等多个野外站建立了凋落物输入微宇宙实验(LIME),利用生物标志物、核磁共振、稳定同位素等生物地球化学方法,重点关注不同性状的凋落物输入后植物残体和微生物残体来源的土壤有机质形成过程及生物学调控机制和矿物学保护机制。
土壤生物地球化学:建立了湿润亚热带森林温度和降水自然梯度样带(各2000 km),运用样点控制实验、样带野外调查、全球大数据挖掘等方法,重点关注样带、区域和全球尺度上关键生物地球化学过程及地理格局和驱动机制。
