个人简介  Brief

主要从事全球变化微生物生态学研究。聚焦典型的森林和草地生态系统,以介导土壤碳氮循环的重要微生物功能群(如菌根真菌、甲烷氧化菌等)为研究对象,通过分子生物学、形态学、结合同位素标记等技术,系统性研究土壤微生物数量、生物量、群落组成与多样性、及功能属性等对氮沉降、增温、增雨等环境变化的响应与适应机制。已发表SCI论文30余篇,文章被引总数近900(谷歌学术)H指数为16。当前主要的研究兴趣为森林生态系统中真菌多样性、群落构建与维持机制、真菌与植物互作及其在碳氮生物地球化学循环中的功能。
