个人简介  Brief

长期从事荒漠植被-土壤过程研究,基于长期控制实验和野外观测资料,以提高对荒漠植物适应和荒漠植被稳定性维持的科学认识为根本目标,开展了荒漠植被、土壤中的碳循环过程,短命植物功能群变化,光降解参与的凋落物分解过程和根系结构与功能学特征研究,主要学术成绩如下:(1)发现了优势草本功能群物候与降雨的耦合关系对生态系统碳释放的调节机制,揭示了土壤微生物生物量(而非微生物群落结构)是降水增加后导致微生物呼吸增加的主要原因,阐明了在降水和氮沉降增加下,土壤微生物群落对地-气界面碳交换的不同调控机制。(2)提出了荒漠短命植物生殖物候对气候变化的响应模式:生长速率调节了生殖物候响应,发现了短命植物在荒漠生态系统养分保持中的“春坝效应”3)确认了光降解在温带荒漠植物凋落物分解中普遍性和重要性,发现了降水量和降水频率对光降解效应的差异化影响,解析了荒漠区凋落物分解的时空变化过程和控制机制。(4)明确了荒漠灌木根解剖特征、表形特征和寿命之间的关系,提出根系功能模块化分类的理论,探明了根际物质流在植物磷获取中的作用。

这些成果丰富了荒漠生态系统生态学研究,为区域植被保护、建设生态文明提供了科学依据。在国内外主流刊物上发表相关研究论文53篇,其中第一作者SCI论文17篇,主要发表于Soil Biology and Biochemistry, Agricultural and Forest Meteorology, Science of the Total Environment, Plant and Soil, Journal of Vegetation Science, Geoderma, Catena, Ecology and Evolution, Oecologia等国际生态学和土壤学主流SCI刊物。
