个人简介  Brief

以生物结皮结构和功能为主线,系统研究了生物结皮固碳、固氮机制、与维管植物的关系,及其在地气界面对土壤呼吸的作用过程。测定了生物土壤结皮固氮、固碳速率,划定了温带荒漠生态系统生物结皮最适固碳的环境阈值,量化了生物结皮潜在固氮、固碳量和实际固氮、固碳量,揭示了生物结皮对荒漠生态系统土壤氮、碳累积的重要作用;提出了生物结皮对维管束植物生长影响与维管植物生活史紧密联系相关的观点,揭示了生物结皮在维管束植物种子萌发和幼苗定植阶段的“生态筛”效应;提出土壤可溶性碳的空间变异协同降水变化影响荒漠区土壤呼吸的观点,阐明了降水增加导致土壤呼吸增强的微生物作用过程。研究总体上,深化了对生物土壤结皮生态功能的认识,提升了荒漠生态系统种间关系、群落建成和对气候变化响应的研究能力。
