粗木质残体分解:依托福建师范大学福建三明森林生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站,开展倒木分解实验,探索倒木分解过程中物质循环和养分归还规律;

白蚁群落结构动态:依托福建福建师范大学福建三明国家站林型转换平台,探索亚热带天然常绿阔叶林转换为区域优势性杉木人工林对粗木质残体关键分解者白蚁的群落结构、多样性的影响;

白蚁肠道微生物:探索不同进化等级白蚁差异化肠道微生物共生策略降解粗木质残体的机制。

个人简介  Brief

王定一,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事微生物生态、粗木质残体分解和生物防治等方面研究。关注白蚁-肠道微生物共生系统高效降解粗木质残体的过程及伴随的物质循环及养分归还,主持和参与国家自然科学基金项目4项,主持福建省面上基金一项,在CATENAEnvironmental MicrobiologyApplied and Environmental Microbiology等期刊发表论文10余篇。
